Q-My Item is damage what can i do?

A-Our team at LOLIDOLLIE insures all items are inspected before purchases or delivery.If for what ever reason an item is damaged (not by postal services) we would gladly exchanged the item for a new one.Please refer to Returns above.

Q-Do i ever get a Tracking number with my order?

A-Yes,In many cases we hold on to the tracking number! in other case we give them to the customer.If we havent already please feel free to ask for your Tracking Number!

You can only return exchange your items! If for what ever reason your unhappy with your product/s you can  send it all back for Exchange ONLY.
We do not sell USED items therefor because of that we lose money and can not allow 100% Dollar refund.

Returning an item is very simple.
Its like sending your friend a package in the mail.
Instead you will be sending it back to our warehouse located in Flushing NY 11354
After you decide to exchange please pick an item or equal value.
If you can not find anything of equal value please continue to pick out an item.
Example: You are looking for an item of equal value to $10.00 USD.
You can not find an item of equal to $10.00 USD you pick out and request for a $15.00 USD Item you then owe us $5.00 USD
Sending out a package can become costly so we require a lower shipping fee on ALL exchanged clothing.
The Fee is $5.00 USD.We are knocking $5.00 USD OFF to better serve you.
